Beckenham, Albemarle Road, alongside St George's Road car park immediately opposite
St George's Church Hall

Sale of Tickets for Visits
Visits are arranged for members of the Centre, but friends of members
are welcome to purchase unsold tickets.
Tickets will be on sale at two Wednesday Evening Meetings
before the date of the visit, unless there are special conditions. Sometimes the first sale
of tickets is at a Thursday Afternoon Meeting. The
relevant date is clearly stated on the booking form provided with the members' newsletter.
Tickets will not be on sale before 7pm at the Evening Meetings.
It is helpful if booking forms are filled in before the meeting and payment by
cheque is preferred. Cheques should be payable to 'NT B&B Centre'.
Postal applications may be made after the first booking date. They must be
accompanied by the booking form, cheque and a stamped self-addressed envelope of
C6 size (about 6½" by 4½" or 16cm by 11.5cm).
It is advisable to ring the organiser to find out if places are still available.
Postal applications received before the first booking date will not be
added to the booking list until the end of the meeting.
Visit organisers keep a waiting list after all tickets for a visit have been sold,
because people who have booked a ticket sometimes find that they are unable to use it. The number of
names on the waiting list also indicates a demand which can sometimes be met by a repeat visit.
Money paid for visits is not refundable. Members who find they are unable to use a
ticket should telephone the organiser so that they can be put in touch with someone on the waiting
list to whom the ticket can be sold. The necessary financial arrangements should be made between
the people concerned.
Members with their names on a waiting list who subsequently find they
cannot go on the visit should ring the organiser to have their names deleted.
Members and guests who participate in visits and events do so at their own risk and the
Beckenham & Bromley Centre cannot accept any liability.
